- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the tortilla.
- Add chopped meatballs and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip.
- Cook until the other side is golden and the cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
