A delicious sandwich filled with meatballs and marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Heat marinara sauce in a pot.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slice sub rolls and place meatballs inside.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place subs on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
- Use turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add extra herbs for more flavor.
- Serve with a side salad or chips.
