Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  7. Serve with pasta or on a sub roll.
