Tender and flavorful meatballs cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Serve with pasta or on a sub roll.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
