Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
