Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers and zucchini, stir and cook until tender.
  5. Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
