Ingredients

- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, and garlic.
- Add egg, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- These patties can be baked for a healthier option.
