Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken with spice mix.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
