- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat marinated chicken in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add herbs to the flour mixture.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
