  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups corn masa
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup red salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Marinate the turkey in the mixture for at least 4 hours.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally.
  6. Prepare masa by mixing with chicken broth and vegetable oil.
  7. Form masa into small cakes and cook on a skillet.
  8. Warm tortillas and serve with salsa and guacamole.
