A simple and flavorful Mexican dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, and salsa.
- Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Can add cheese on top before serving.
