Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves.
- Top with avocado, cheese, and cilantro.
