Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until cream cheese melts and blends smoothly.
- Add shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Mix in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
- Continue stirring until all cheese is melted and dip is smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For spicier dip, add jalapeños.
- Can be made in a slow cooker on low setting.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
