- 1 ripe avocado

- 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice and salt.
- In another bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chili powder, and salt.
- Spread the avocado mixture on each slice of toast.
- Top with the corn mixture.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
