Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mixed vegetables.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
