Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in egg and vanilla extract to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place the circles into a tart pan.
- Fill each tart with mincemeat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
