- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze

- Skewers (6-inch)
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
- On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat the process until the skewer is filled, leaving a bit of space at both ends.
- Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate mozzarella balls in olive oil and herbs for a few hours before assembling.
- Consider using heirloom tomatoes for a colorful presentation.
