Ingredients

- 200g mixed dried fruit
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 50g chopped nuts
- 100g marzipan
- 100g icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together.
- In a bowl, mix eggs and add the melted butter mixture.
- Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the mixed dried fruit and nuts.
- Pour the batter into mini cake tins.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool, then cover with marzipan and icing sugar.
Notes
