Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture into mini tart pans and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and eggs over medium heat.
- Cook until thickened, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Fill the cooled tart shells with pastry cream.
- Top with assorted fresh fruits.

- Chill the pastry cream before filling the tarts.
