Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and vinegar.
  5. Pipe meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into small circles.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the meringues are crisp.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool inside.
  8. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Top cooled meringues with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
