A festive mini Thanksgiving meal for small gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 small turkeys (4–5 lbs each)
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 4 cups of stuffing mix
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 2 lbs of green beans
- 1 cup of almond slices
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rub the turkeys with butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in roasting pans and pour chicken broth around them.
- Roast for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare stuffing according to package instructions.
- Steam green beans and toss with almond slices.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie.
