Instructions

- Add mint extract and food coloring, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until it thickens.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
