Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
