Description
A delicious roll cake with layers of Ferrero Rocher and Oreo flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 60g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100g Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
- 100g Oreo cookies, crushed
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture.
- Fold in crushed Ferrero Rocher and Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled cake.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with extra crushed Oreos and Ferrero Rocher if desired.
