A delicious roll cake with layers of Ferrero Rocher and Oreo flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 60g all-purpose flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
  • 100g Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture.
  4. Fold in crushed Ferrero Rocher and Oreo cookies.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  9. Spread whipped cream over the cooled cake.
  10. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  11. Slice and serve.
