Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 (10-12 pounds)
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup

- Flour – 2 cups
- Pumpkin puree – 1 can (15 ounces)
- Eggs – 3
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 2-3 hours.
- In a separate pan, toss sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 30-40 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water and cook until berries burst.
- For the pumpkin pie, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then pour into a pie crust.
- Bake pumpkin pie for 45 minutes until set.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with all sides and enjoy.

- Brine the turkey overnight for extra flavor.
