  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Pumpkin puree – 1 can (15 ounces)
  • Eggs – 3
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 2-3 hours.
  4. In a separate pan, toss sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 30-40 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water and cook until berries burst.
  6. For the pumpkin pie, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then pour into a pie crust.
  7. Bake pumpkin pie for 45 minutes until set.
  8. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  9. Serve with all sides and enjoy.
