Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
- Add celery, bell pepper, pickle relish, and onion to the bowl.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding diced hard-boiled eggs.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise based on your preference.
