Ingredients

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and carrots, cooking until tender.
- Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
