Description
Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky pastry made from pieces of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together.

- 3 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Roll each piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer the pieces in the bundt pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar.
- Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Can be topped with icing if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
