Description

Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky pastry made from pieces of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together.


Ingredients

  • 3 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Roll each piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Layer the pieces in the bundt pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar.
  8. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
