Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different taste.
