Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add mushrooms and bell pepper, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
