Description
A quick and healthy mushroom and tofu stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and bell pepper, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
