- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
