Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, salsa, green onions, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and slightly bubbly.
