Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fondant for decoration
- Edible glitter for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Cover the cake with fondant and decorate with edible glitter.
Notes
- Use different colors of fondant for a vibrant design.
- Chill the cake before decorating for better handling.
- Consider adding a layer of frosting before the fondant.
