Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Preheat the oven and prepare garlic bread according to package instructions.
- Chill the sparkling wine in the refrigerator.
- Serve the salad with garlic bread and sparkling wine.
