Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, olive oil, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf in a greased pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
