Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Add broccoli and mixed vegetables to the pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then add rice.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot as a buffet dish.
