Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
