Ingredients

- 1 whole roast chicken
- 2 cups of potatoes
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
- Chop the potatoes and carrots, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes and carrots around the chicken.
- Roast in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Add green beans to the pan during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
