A festive menu to celebrate New Year’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 1 chocolate cake for dessert
Instructions
- Wash and chop the mixed greens, cucumber, and tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Preheat the oven and prepare garlic bread according to package instructions.
- Serve the salad with garlic bread on the side.
- Slice the chocolate cake and serve for dessert.
