Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
