Ingredients

- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon bits
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini phyllo cups.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional toppings like jalapeños or herbs.
- These can be made a day in advance and reheated before serving.
