  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your New Year’s Eve celebration.
