Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish.

- Add butter to the potatoes and mash until smooth.

- Roast the beef and asparagus in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
