Ingredients

- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water gradually and stir until smooth.
- Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Add a layer of red bean paste on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the bean paste.
- Steam the cake for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
