Ingredients

- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Incorporate red bean paste and coconut milk into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased steaming mold.
- Steam for 45 minutes until firm.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a steamer with enough water to prevent drying out.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
