Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl.
  2. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Incorporate red bean paste and coconut milk into the mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased steaming mold.
  5. Steam for 45 minutes until firm.
  6. Let it cool before slicing.
