No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake for Sweet Moments

A creamy, no-bake dessert featuring layers of banana pudding and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (9 oz) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
  4. Mix in instant banana pudding and milk. Stir until well combined.
  5. Layer half of the banana slices on top of the crust.
  6. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining bananas and cheesecake mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
