A creamy and delicious no bake cheesecake that is easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending.
