No bake chocolate oat bars are a quick and easy treat that combines oats, chocolate, and nut butter.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chocolate chips.
- In a saucepan, heat peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

- Store bars in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
