No bake cookies are easy, delicious treats that require no oven.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Try adding nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
