Description

A delicious no bake cream cheese peanut butter pie topped with chocolate whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread the chocolate whipped cream over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
  • Add crushed peanuts on top for garnish if desired.
