Ingredients

  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the eggnog mixture into the whipped cream.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional nutmeg if desired.
